Refunds/ Returns:

- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any exchanges or returns.

​

- If your order gets lost in the post, we will always send the first replacement free of charge.

​

- If your order arrives damaged, please let us know with evidence and we will also send a replacement out free of charge.

​

- In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be permitted if there has been fault on our end.

For example: if you purchase an item and we are unable to ship within our recommended timeframe, a refund will be issued.
